FAQ

The trust questions, answered plainly.

01

Are there published results yet?

Not yet. Lab Notes is intentionally prepared for the first real portable-power test rather than populated with estimates, rankings, or brand claims.

02

What does RigProof measure?

The working protocol is designed to document usable energy, runtime under stated loads, inverter behavior, temperature, input and output conditions, and any test anomalies. The exact method version will sit beside every future result.

03

How are manufacturer claims handled?

Manufacturer specifications remain source material. RigProof will report observed outcomes under its stated conditions and will not present a measured outcome as a universal verdict or accuse a manufacturer of wrongdoing.

04

Do affiliate links affect the results?

If affiliate links, free gear, sponsorship, or another material relationship is present, it will be disclosed with the relevant note. A relationship does not change the method, and brands cannot buy a favorable measured outcome.

05

Why is there no generic build sheet?

Universal guidance can be useful, but it cannot verify your mounting, cable routing, fuse locations, or vehicle-specific constraints. RigProof’s paid work is intended to start only when an actual vehicle module has been validated.

06

Why GX460 first?

The GX460 is the intended first founder path, subject to early power tests and a verified install. An interest list is open, but no paid presale, price, delivery date, or refund terms have been announced.

07

Can I rely on a future build sheet as installation instructions?

No. A build sheet can document a tested approach, but each vehicle and installation differs. Review current manufacturer documentation and have a qualified professional inspect work that affects electrical safety, vehicle systems, or roadworthiness.
