Test identity
Date, note ID, product configuration, stated specifications as source material, method version, and equipment list.
Conditions
Starting state, ambient conditions, setup photos or diagrams where practical, load profile, and any deviation from the protocol.
Observed data
Direct readings, calculated values labeled as such, elapsed time, shutdown behavior, temperature observations, and anomalies.
Interpretation
A narrow conclusion linked to the documented run, limitations, disclosure of relevant relationships, and what would need another test.
